To implement our country's policy to protect intellectual property rights, work such as executing pre-recorded disc manufacturing permits, issuing source identification codes, and inspecting disc factory management was established by the government on November 14, 2001, by announcing the "Disc Management Regulations," and subsequently promulgating "Disc Manufacturing Permit and Reporting Regulations" and other related sub-laws as the basis for implementation. For the reference and use of law enforcement personnel, and to enable all sectors to fully understand our country's disc management legal system, a special section has been established on this bureau's website.
