Data set in CSV file format yet showed garbled, why?

Method 1: Open the file with Notepad and save it before opening it with EXCEL again.

Method 2: Start EXCEL, open a new workbook, click through the following options in menu at tops of the EXCEL page: Data -> Access external data -> From text file -> Select csv file delimited with symbol "," then you can get the right display.

Operating steps:

1. Right click on the CSV file downloaded, choose to open it with "Notepad" program.

2. Click File, Save to save it and close the window.

3. Right click on the file just saved, choose to open it with Microsoft EXCEL and now it should work.

Method 2:

1. Start EXCEL, open a new workbook, click through the following options in menu at the top of the EXCEL page: Data -> Access external data -> From text file -> Select csv file

2. In "Import text wizard" wizard, select file format "65001: Unicode (UTF-8)" → Next.

3. Select de-limit symbol "," → Next then you can open the file and see its contents displayed correctly.
